First let me explain the name of my private practice, Not A Worry Counseling. Since my last name is difficult to pronounce and remember, my friends in high school started calling me Jason Notaworry. Years later, when I was brainstorming a name for this website with my family, I told them this story about my nickname. Their response was overwhelmingly “That’s it!” because Notaworry is not only easy to remember, but also fitting for a counseling practice.
